I was like are you kidding me!! So we started researching how to get them to ripen quick. Well too late I found if you pull every leaf, blossom and fruit you don't want off they will ripen. Just in a day I had some ripening but frost was coming that weekend. Sooo... We picked every tomato washed them all. If they were turning red we placed them on the window sill or even pink. But if still green we got a Rubbermaid line with newspaper and placed them in the box in the garage every 2 days j got check and hat do you know they are ripening!! We placed them in garage cause temp needs to be 50-60 degrees. I have had a few each time. I usually transfer to windowsill. I read you could have them for 3 weeks to 3 months. So could have tomatoes in to January. Umm heck yeah!!!
These were all green when I started a week ago!!
