Kiddo time snowman

So, a few friends and k wanted more for our kids not able to go to school. We started a new Mommy (grandparents, dads, guardians whoever) and me group. Each week we choose a book, song that coordinates with book, craft and then do two letters of the week and coordinate handprint letters.

Last week we started our winter theme with snowman. We took good to grow juice containers that are recycled made snowman, and did handprint letters S for snowman and T for turtles. We also song I'm a little snowman to the tune of in a little teacup.

The snowman wee really easy. You need
Orange foam or construction paper (small triangle pieces cut.)
Google eyes
Pipe cleaner
Ribbon
Baby socks
Black market
Buttons and
Glue dots

We cut the tip off the sock and tied string near top and slipped over top to make hat.
For things needed to be glued we stuck glue dots on so kids could just stick items on. So eyes, buttons and noses.
Pipe cleaner we just twisted around neck.
And we used black marker to make coal mouth

This is my sons

For tha hand prints we just did all white for snowman had kids keep fingers close together and hand facing up. We used marker To do details.

For the turtle we used green and three middle fingers orange and had kids open hand fingers facing down. We used markers and Google eyes for details.
